As overseas vendors, Savita made the process an absolute breeze for us. She impressed us from the outset with an incredibly thorough property report and appraisal. The additional services that she offered in terms of staging the property and doing our property photos was extremely useful and made things a lot less stressful. Savita coordinated painters to come in to paint areas that needed touching up and also worked to ensure that the surroundings of the property were neat and ready for prospective buyers. For us, she removed all of the stress and pressure associated with selling a property.
 

Her ad and photos were great, and as a result, we had really good interest in our property which translated into a great sale for us when we went to tender three weeks after listing the property. We were incredibly pleased with the result that Savita achieved for us - not only was it way above our expectations, but it was accomplished within the tender timeframe (which I thought was very ambitious).
